No, the app does not use the Local Storage from your device; it will not slow down your phone. (No more having to mix follow ups with your other phone contacts)
Check your internet connection on your device. Try to close and re-open the app. Try restarting your device. Make sure you are running the latest version of iOS.
It’s Free!!! We provide you full access to all the features of the app from Day 1. Once your account reaches the maximum number of contacts (3000) you will be prompted to begin a monthly subscription for only $0.99.
Personalize allows you to change the name of a follow up category and the qualifier drop down options. Track and customize what is important to you!
Keep in mind that contacts are imported they are assigned random follow up qualifiers. You’ll need to update the follow up qualifiers as needed once imported.
Simply click on the magnifying search icon and cancel the filtered search and all your contacts will reappear.

You can manage and cancel your subscription by going to your account settings on the App Store after purchase.
